The striker of the Mango Boys says he can face the Congolese side on Friday in the Caf Confederation Cup despite an ankle injury in the first leg
Ghanaian striker John Antwi has said he could be back for Ismaily when they host FC MK Etancheite.
The Ghanaian forward was stretched off within the first quarter of the game at the Stade des Martyrs de la Pentecôte as his side went away to record a goalless draw with the DR Congo side in the Caf Confederation Cup.
“I had an ankle injury in the 10th minute and could not continue that game,” Antwi told Goal Ghana. “I am still being treated and hopefully I will be fit for the second leg on Friday.”
The former Dreams FC player has been in fantastic form for his Egyptian side scoring seven goals in 10 games.
He will be very crucial as Ismaily seek to qualify for the next stage of the competition.
