The in-form Ismaily striker is calling on everyone to give coach Kwesi Appiah all the needed support and backing after naming his 26-man provisional squad for the World Cup
Ghana striker John Antwi has urged all Ghanaians to rally behind the squad representing the country at the World cup.
The Ismaily goal poacher, who is the leading scorer in the Egyptian League with 11 goals, is convinced that the players selected by coach Kwesi Appiah are capable of bringing glory to the country.
“I wish the Black Stars best of luck and let every Ghanaian rally and support the players called and coach Kwesi Appiah because they can do a good job,” Antwi told Goal Ghana.
“Certainly, the time will come for everyone so is all about us continuing to do our best at wherever we find ourselves.”
The former Dream FC player has been tipped as one of the men upfront Ghana can rely on in the years to come.
